1. Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk100 platform and all of its associated services. By registering on tk100 or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms in full.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our services. tk100 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published means you have accepted those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use tk100's services:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must access this service from a country or region where online gaming is not prohibited by law.
• You must create a valid account in your own name and may not operate an account on behalf of someone else.
• Anyone associated with an account previously cancelled or suspended by tk100 may not open a new account.

tk100 may request identity documents or other verification from you at any time for age verification purposes. Creating an account with false information may result in immediate account cancellation and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on tk100. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts will be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. It is your responsibility to keep your name, mobile number, and payment details consistent. If any information changes, update your account or notify the support team.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. tk100 will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk100 currently supports transactions through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods allow easy and secure deposits and withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. In some cases, the verification process may take longer.

4.4 Transaction Verification

tk100 reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally made to the same method used for the deposit. Funds in an account may only be transferred to the account holder's registered payment method.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on tk100 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period, which is stated in the offer description.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.
• tk100 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected abuse.
• A new bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active, unless the offer terms state otherwise.
• tk100's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.

6. Gaming & Betting Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

All games available on tk100 — slots, fishing games, live casino, cricket betting, and others — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Detailed rules for each game are available within the game itself.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum bet limit is set for each game or market. tk100 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error or system failure produces an abnormal result, tk100 reserves the right to void that round or bet. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

The rules applicable to all sports markets, including cricket betting, are detailed in the relevant section. If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, tk100's decision regarding the related bets is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk100:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's account or conducting transactions under another person's identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Playing games using software, bots, scripts, or automated methods.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other unlawful financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving disrespectfully toward other users or tk100 staff.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the tk100 account, and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8. VIP Program & Rewards

tk100's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with various benefits including weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Progress through VIP tiers depends on the user's regular activity and participation on the platform. tk100's decision is final on all VIP benefit matters. tk100 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
